Buffalo there is 110mm shares authorized to sell.How do you think Mario is going to finanace this shell start up ? He doesn't have any money & must sell shares,so he can take a salary & pay the G&A + cost of sales.He must make a lot of revenues & show a lot of profit.But,you see he didn't list this stock on the OTCBB,it is still a pink,where CEOS can hide hide & hide more & more.NO SEC scrutiny needed here.
