Here is what I'm afraid of. I've seen companies merge with others and in the agreement they will completely change the share structure by offering fewer shares of the new company by force trading in shares of the old company. With all this dumping from VFIN I think Gator may be right about a PR this Friday but I think the merger will state something about a share swap not in our favor. Any thoughts?
