Am still analyzing the Broker / Dealers Index....
And so NOW would it be safe to expect a big Sell Off ?
Stock markets will almost ALWAYS assume the Best Outcome towards a Danger which lies ahead (in this case the Debt Ceiling) :
Has the Market just ASSUMED that all will work itself out ?
Has it rallied on up just in case they do not ?
TIME will most certainly tell.....
