ITs just putting more people in a position to hold. The selling at these prices are just going to make people hold until they get 100% or so out of this. That takes this to the next tier in terms of pricing. So this selling is needed to build a good base in price. The one selling is atleast doing it in a somewhat nonagressive manner which is keeping the price in range.
