considering that scam company MDBX has rescinded several acquisitions and transactions that have been formally closed (but only after it has used the transactions to pump the stock price), what makes you think that a preliminary "term sheet" has any chance of being closed - particularly in view of MDBX's Founder, Chairman and COO being a multi-convicted felon?




Yeah I mean everybody and their mother has a lousy "term sheet" with a licensed Canadian cannabis facility. Amiright?
