Roger: I also wonder. I have looked at the California Board Of Accountancy and can find neither Mr. Sherman or Sharma listed. What does this mean? I have my taxes done by someone whom I know to be a CPA in NY and that person is not listed with the NY entity of the same name.

It should be noted that California listes out-of-state individuals and firms who are licensed in CA.

I realize that this doesn't help solve the problem, but it sure muddies the water from where I stand.

And you are absolutely correct in demanding that this company answer a straight question with a straight answer.

I e mailed them today and asked for the name of the auditor. No reply yet, but I want my answer in writing.

I sure wish they would be open with us we are, after all their shareholders.
