And anyone that can keep the company afloat is doing a great job, in the face of so many battles. If the company was not " afloat " then the sp would be about zero.I think management and their counsel are doing a fabulous job and look forward to more settlements.

Mr. Snowball, Are you or a close someone an ex-employee or a shareholder who lost money when the company tanked ?

P.S. there must be a huge amount of research and paperwork necessitated by these lawsuits. By the way the BoA settlement of about $450 million was a nice victory, wasn't it.Not to mention the American Tollraod deal and Jefferson Cty.No wonder there has been alot of interest in buying the preferred, etc.
