Lawyers from both sides play tricky games with "meetings", "negotiations", etc., as, its a fine line what conversations in those can and may be admitted as evidence, or not. Also a fine line on what is said between counsels.

Certainly a shareholder is not privy to this correspondence.
IMO, Quest is doing nothing but showing court its playing nice, AND, finding out a bit of discovery LOL
