I'm thinking etrade also. I also use sharebuilder when I need to buy immediately since they have instant funding so you don't have to wait for funds to transfer.
Does etrade or Scott's have instant funding? I read both are also fee free for penny stocks. Sharebuilder charges .007 per share if under $1 but not more than 15% of the transaction, really sucks for sub penny.
