OTHM. Makes me wonder what elements are appealing here? What does this company have going for it besides promotion to sell shares and 4K cash on the books as of last incredibly non-disclosing OTC filing....

Transfer agent is gagged. I asked the nice girl who answered in Portland at Online Transfer this: "So, the company has instructed you not to give out the current share structure status?", and she replied "Yes."

Call them tomorrow anyone and ask for yourselves, please. With VNDM on the ask and lowering ask of course it means the company is issuing stock and is completely compliant with their OTC filings because they fully admit in those junk filings they are non compliant. Strange world we live in where this kind of shuckery is ignored, the whole gagged TA thing but that is another matter all together.

What is your take on OTHM, the company? What does anyone see here that is real?
