If the float is that large, they are obviously not selling. A million shares purchased could drive this stock to a dollar easy.

The float comprises of the shares Kinsey was give for the 25% ownership, management shares, and stock private equity sales. Most likely all of these entities are not selling.

The original 8 million shares represents a group of about 5 million shares that is also not selling.

In reality there are only a few million shares in the real float. That is why the stock acts so dramatically on relatively small purchases and why mabwe stock recently reached approximately 80 cents a share.

The fact remains that few shares are available for purchase at under 50 cents- regardless of the share float. There will be increased buying in the future and the stock will react dramatically.
