I think the shorts who held through the pain today will reap the greatest reward. the only reason this is shortable is because of a 20:1 reverse split on 12/12/12. 22 cents one day, $4 the next. These guys are just raising some money to pay off the $100milly settlement. I wonder how many shares they gave the MM to push this around. Big money manipulation on VISN. Doing a good job. EVERYBOBY knows where this will end. delisted, gutter, then a 5th letter 'Q'. Too blatant. Remarkable though.
