The only obstacle to reaching 90%+ SVR rates in all genotypes is GILD's in-house ambitions.

I think their in-house strategy will prove right and GS-5816 GT3 data (including the phase II combo with sofo) will reach the 90%+ SVR rates and move to phase III next year.
