I think this is already a done deal with the big investors because I don't think the ppa buyer would sign the contract with out having the down payment in place for the financing to risky. They are not going to sign and then rely on I hub investors to come up with the money that's not a sure thing if you don't get the volume. I think this is all already a done deal ,very well planned out and it's going to be big. This is not going to stay in this low penny range for long big things are coming our way.
