I hope they didn't price the deal based solely on the market. Kind of hard not to, but on the other hand if the buyer knows you'll do the deal regardless of the market it is pretty easy to work it down. Best for issuers, if possible, to straight cxl a deal if they feel they are being gamed. Many times the investor comes back because they've sold a lot of stock to fund their purchase. Small issuers are terribly outgunned when it comes to these types of deals. Hopefully the patents being purchased are great, our management sure looks qualified to assess them. I was very encouraged they said they have no intentions of issuing more stock at this level.
