Fluffy bios. A party planner and a non profit musketeer who sat on a board to pad the resume or because she got free lunches. Unbelievable. These bios make me feel much worse about the situation.

Don't take my word for it... Ask any resume or recruitment expert... They can smell the " fluffy" and non real business skills a mile away.
