As i have stated in the past i used to work for a telecommunications company that targeted Africa. And let me tell you there is a lot of money to be made. More than any other location reason being that many of the large telecommunications companies don't hold a great focus there. But we do need to target northern Africa specifically the Sierra Leone and Ghana region and it's surrounding countries. Good news by all means!
