For accuracy sake, the words "hasn't yet" would be much more accurate in most of those cases than "didn't". If something is in the process is getting done, it's obvious that it didn't get done YET...the process (of e.g a RARE and non-required 1st time audit of a pinksheet company takes TIME, and obstacles are to be expected, ESPECIALLY when the company is a REAL (not a fly by night) COMPANY in existence for TWENTY YEARS...
