Hukoyo why would we need a "pre Trial conference any day now" if you already have a judgement??

A judgement is the final decision of a court. A pre trial conference is a legal dispute that will be debated in court. They are completely different animals.

Once again, the truth comes out. There is no judgement, just a simple legal dispute. It happens ALL the time, and seemingly nothing to report on SEC docs unless it actually goes to trial.
