dr. Zaius & _Awaken try addressing the issue...

we've already heard that hype ad infinitum.

it still doesnt address or mask over the issue of why the loan they got was so small in comparison to the amount of shares added to the float (regardless if its 1.5 yrs out or if the company buys them back)... why would they need such a small loan so badly?

it hints either desperation when you consider the timing right before the touted financials or a sweetheart deal to someone they really like or fear.
