I don't agree that the survey is "clearly" the way to get the best deal for ERHE. One would hope that it would help but ? Is their enough interest in the block (which is a limited remaining resource in the area) for more than one entity to be interested. If so, the survey may not be critical at all and a deal could be happening or already in place without it. If that is not the case, then it would then seem to be immensely important. The fact is, no one knows what is happening behind the scenes.
