Per PR on 05/20 the letter of interest in the amount of $60 milly was extended to nov 14 th, less then a month away now! Per a poster on this board from an email from 'import/export bank' that this letter of interest is extendible for one more period if necessary.
The question is do they need to file another extension? I'm thinking they will take advantage of another extension due to this quiet period they are now in and allow tier upgrade to happen ( which should be soon) and a win of $195 k in the arbitration case.
Hopefully a extension is not required and all T's are crossed and I's are dotted from the buyer/versant and the IR that is now on standby to get in action!
