What compensation could he/they receive by doing such? The only danger I see with Fletcher is more shares issued due to possible "down rounds". Ants became a dilutive disaster towards the end. The exchange note holders are the ones to pay attention to (Manchester, etc.). They hold the companies assets as collateral.
