No one questions that the ACA will sign up every individual currently paying high premiums that will now be subsidized, that's obvious. What we're waiting to see is how many healthy young uninsured sign up. The so called third leg of the health care stool. The second year of the ACA is the important year. If few healthy individuals sign up, those rate will go up appreciably. That's how insurance works.....you should know.
