It comes from the Authorized Shares. So nothing is being subtracted per say. They will then be issued shares.

Then we will have to look at the restrictions on the sale of the shares. Because, the problem is that we do not want them to hit the market.

Rather have them authorized and sitting than active shares adding to the ISSUED share count.

This is how I read it. Nothing is being subtracted.

Either way, a mute point when the Circuit City deal national news hits. Hopefully, the shares will be used for a strategic partnership and not just for the insiders to dump if they want.
This is the key point. If Chip and John get them, this is not what we all want to happen.
