Goat, that is an interesting point. If dosages of PD-1,CTLA-4 and IL-2 can be reduced to safe levels because they work synergistically with Bavi...then Bavi might become the centre of an immunotherapeutic cocktail approach of unprecedented power.

Could PPHM then go it alone to become their own BP? Yes, that is possible. However at some point I think Roche or BMS or Merck or Bayer would want to make a buyout offer too good to be refused! And they might even want to do it sooner than later. The next few weeks will be very interesting.
