To those who think no one is interested in ERHC's Kenya Block as a farm in partner simply because several months has passed since ERHC announced the LOI and no partner has been announced, Think again. It Ain't that easy and simple.

There was a small company who received a block grant in Kenya and immediately announced a LOI over two years ago who just recently reached final agreement on a farm in. I saw the PR but now cannot find it.

Also Taipan announced Nov. last year they had entered talks with a potential farm in partner on their Block 2 in Kenya, and they hoped to have the partnership completed Early 2013, and then in early 2013, announced they hoped to have it completed by JUNE 2013. Still has not happened 11 months from the start of talks.

And the fault for the delay may be as much on the Sellers [farm out] party as it is on the Buyers [ farm in ] party because every new discovery is reason to believe the prices in Kenya are increasing.

Just Saying. [ feel free to copy and paste].
