Good work ferreting this out -- holy moly, Texas sure operates in its own cliquish world, doesn't it now? Anyway, Houston would seem to, in the case of one Marcellous S. McZeal (sorry, gotta LUV that name!).

Literally appointed a judge 7 days after the July 31st SEC fraud indictment, punishment and being banned from holding office again in any "penny" company. Litigation on that was just about to commence!

Updates on that and is he still holding office?
