Dilution is all that's been happening and MUCH more to come, Just as some of us have been saying for months.

Company as per filings are Broke, so no share buyback
They are RAISING the AS, Dilution coming not buyback.
Scam since inception
Its OTC for a reason.

Whats going on here guys. Been awhile since I checked in. Looks like they are having a shareholders meeting Nov 11 to vote to increase the OS to 1 Billion??? Is that right and what is this I am hearing about a buy back. Anyone know the deal still holding. BRND Long.
