I agree though it is dilution, the blow was soften by no discount to market.



I agree that the price Crede paid was fair. In my opinion, the pps should not have slid as far as it did given the 2.84 Crede basis. Offerings seldom help a share price, even when they are a vote of confidence in the company (especially when the price paid is not discounted).

There is still some mystery here as to why we are down so far.
