Not sure if the people on this board are real investors or pumpers but basically ill tell you from an investor standpoint: Convertible notes(bond if over 10 years but in this case sept 2015 is less) are most often issued by companies with a low credit rating and high growth potential. In my opinion, this is a note for a big investor id guess a major bank or fund. It's good news right now if growlife manages to do well until 2015 which I believe they will due to marijuana laws being changed by then for sure. This is a big step that they took. It shows they are in it for the long haul.
