Too many accounts with ulterior motives ( like pumping and/or dumping stocks). Their job is done pumping the stocks so these hedge fund managers can cash out at maximum profit.

I'm not sure of to buy, sell, or hold; but be smart. Too mych emotional sediment ruins investors hard earned ( or easy ;p ) cash
