No CDEx PR claims they have "signed" contracts. They say the 2011 ASHP show resulted in a number of contracts. It does not say whether they were verbal agreements or written and signed contracts.
Knowing how this scam operates, I'm almost 100% sure that they were verbal understandings. What company would commit to a signed contract with CDEX's reputation.
The professionals that I have spoken/communicated with all have a wait and see attitude.
"Sure, if the G4 will do everything that you are claiming you can put as down for one"
That's what CDEx would consider a contract based on their long history of false and misleading, weasel-worded PR's which are well-documented, public facts.
"No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex."
