Simply put, the company doesn't have to answer any of those questions! The data results were provided. We can't demand the backup to the data. If the data is wrong or misrepresented, the management goes to jail. Welcome to the SEC.

The data is accurate because it has to be. I trust the data presented

Perhaps someday we will all be important enough that we can make demands of every company we invest in and they will bow subserviently to our demands.
