I agree @ Powder... Start-up at Pleasant Springs was around $20,000 and Licensing fees was Double of that at $40,000+...

Major startup money invested only to be in business for 3 damn months.. Ac is doing things a lot different this go around and I bet some folks receive water before 3 months like at Pleasant Springs...

The share structure has remained the same and I bet the CO should be done selling for capital and we hear some MAJOR NEWS being dropped..
