It is very unlikely that it is shorts covering. Cox is presenting at a Mauldin event next week and people are likely buying it in anticipation of him pumping (I am choosing that word deliberately) the STSI story. It is just more talk from Cox who has been dead wrong on the name for a long time. At least Otis Bradley had the decency to discontinue coverage when his predictions (remember that $600 million in revenue estimate for this year) proved to be way off.
