I try to keep up with this forum [edit]. Here are a few messages that should shed light about the KDS.

A KDS was finally delivered in Val d'Or, Quebec, yesterday. In fact, the machine was delivered earlier, but had the wrong motor. I talked today with the owner and the machine will be running by the end of next week. You can bet that many interested prospect I talked to, during the last two years, will want to see the KDS in operation. I plan to have FPInnovations (the world's largest research center in forestry) make a technical report on the performance of the machine, drying and pulverizing different feedstocks such as wood chips, bark and manure.

For those who think they found a machine on the Web capable of doing the same things as the KDS, I would be surprised of that. And for those who fear that someone could copy the system and not pay for the original KDS, the secret is in the "brain" of the electronic controls and I doubt it will be copied one day!

Now about the St-Malo project, we finally found new partners who will help us expand by three fold the original plan. This means that we will need 3 KDS machines. The financing should be attached by the end of 2013, as we get a major contract of electricity production. The plant will produce power and steam from wood dust, and briquettes/pellets as solid biofuels for the local market.

Sorry if I didn't mention the KDS in this paper, but if you read between the lines, you will know that these projets will need lots of KDS's to get on track.
