Hi Feinanddandy, Don't worry I am still skeptical and a lot needs to be accomplished.

As far as the ability to obtain financing for ventures with out the items that you mentioned you would be correct if the loan was to come from a typical/standard loan institution. However the funding source that Mike indicated he would use is not the typical source that would be used and is a high risk lender. Their vestment for ensuring repayment of the debt is that they get listed as the actual holder of the asset in case of default. Thus if GDSM doesn't pay the holder then takes direct possession of the asset. While they would have to go after GDSM for any default situation the lender itself still immediately obtain an revenue producing asset. A no lose situation for the lender. So you don't always have to have cash to get cash.

As far as the transparency of listing the actual new revised o/s, a/s, although it is an important factor of providing that transparency, typically this info would not be updated until the next reporting period. This is typically how it is done and I really haven't seen any companies ever revise the posted share count just for the benefit of shareholder knowledge prior to this reporting period.

As far as any actual tax filings if in fact there has been no income then other than being required to file for the mere reporting function there would be no liability and even if not filed the most that could be levied would be a fine for non-reporting for the given time period. Typically the fine is quite small. Still a fine of course.

I Know the judgment is there against them but in reality just because a judgment has been awarded doesn't mean that anyone is entitled to immediate garnishment and this would have to be an action typically files in a superior court. Perhaps this has been done so can't say if it has or not.

As far as Mike wanting to rob people in the market, from all the research I did on Mike himself and as a business man his record is pretty impeccable. All in all even the high risk lenders aren't going to step to the plate unless there is some compulsory evidence that the leader has the credentials, there is positive insight in overall direction, and last that they have a way out in case things go south.

I am not going to avg. down that is for sure. I have done that already and have formed my basis for exit based on that avg. down, If in the event that it never gets there I have accepted and any loss.

I will say thank you to you though as some here might think that all you do is post stuff that makes the company look bad when in reality you are merely pointing out the negative aspects that have occurred, potentially can occur. While bag holders can't do anything about where they are to me your info allows others to be aware of these potentially negative impacts and aspects and, IMO, should not be thrown by the wayside. Then they can weight hat risk/reward scenario for themselves.

Thanks,
Hope you're having a great day!
