It's pure speculation and/or wishful thinking at this point.

While it is logical to believe VRNG has a strong case against ZTE and eventually there will be a positive resolution in this dispute, it is illogical to predict the timing of any resolution...

...especially since nearly every prediction anyone has ever made on the results of patent litigation has not come true.

Where is everyone hearing about this ZTE settlement? Is it pure speculation or is there any actual evidence of this? And is there a time frame?
