I can and will call them infringers until proven innocent. Same with those adolescents centers.
If I was a cop and caught an adolescent or a blind person doing something against the law I would arrest them. No special waivers because they were young or disabled. The court will work it all out in the end but pressing charges is simply OK by me.
If the courts dont uphold the corporate charges of infringment well, then they are free to go about their business. But, that would not stop me from arresting the next widow or orphan on orphan group if they appeared to be infringing. The company is in the business to turn a profit from its IP portfolio through licensing. If that fails, then the courts are the next step.
As a shareholder, I require the company to perform its business in a professional manner. They are meeting that standard by sending out the letters and being aggressive in their pursuit of licensing.
Go Trolls.
Be courteous to all, but intimate with few; and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence.
