i.e. also get rid of all the other stuff in the Avatar (first column). (Not much point in having the posters name in both the Avatar and message box as it is at present either).

line above the message box also should have the Next 10, Previous, Next options moved more across/closer to the others rather than being right over on the right hand side.

Some boards have a [IMG_RESIZE] option that scales the image to the available space/pixels. Whilst they might be small inside the message box when scaled to fit, there's the option to click to view. Posters of multiple images in one posting would have to get used to combining them all into a single image, that others might open in another tab to view full size.
