nO...FIGURED IT OUT...READING THE FORM 10-QSB FOR QUARTLEY END JUNE 30, 2001 UNDER SECTION 14 (APPROX PAGE 15) IT STATES
THAT ON NOV 16, 2005 THEY WHERE NOTIFIED BY SEC ETC....AFTER A LITTLE RESEARCH AND SEEING OTHER COMPANINES GETTING THE SAME NOTIFICATION THEY ALL LISTED 60 DAYS FROM NOTIFICATION TO GET IN ALL THE FILINGS...LET ME SEE IF I CAN'T FIND AN EXAMPLE...THAT WOULD PUT US AT JAN 15TH.
