We all know that the back office of PVSP is a big deal that people overlook, this will come into play soon. That is all that is available until the contract is signed. I think that you know as much as I do if you talk to Paul Riss. We have many contracts in the works, it just takes time. Most people are impatient, but things are starting to come together for multiple parties. I am still hopeful that an announcement will hit before early December.
