A small company like HSTT if it is going to be able to do business has to have money. Looking at the chart, no brainer that the individual investor owns stock, if any at the .80-.90 area. Never had a chance to buy much lower. For so may shares to change hands today, has to be someone with many shares and has a reason to sell. Who else but the company or someone they paid for services with shares.
