I think tht we ALL know what is happening here. No big surprise to me, and I'm just a part time guy.

No one wants to buy right before a conversion happens. Why buy now and see the PPS go down later? So I won't be surprised to see this hit no-bid. GOD I HOPE NOT, buy not surprised if it did.

So IT IS in our best interest if Berge doesn't PR the Big Deal until AFTER the conversion. We'd see a better pop for it, wouldn't we?
