cdex points:

It is most obvious that when Mr. Brumfield came to rescue CDEX, that he took a little time to observe who was needed and was not needed. After he had the team as he wanted it, the Lab went to work.

There obviously have been additions, updates, and deletions to the previous CCT's, and the G4.

The Mp lead team, after Dr. Poteet and Mr. Starzinger left CDEX, was nothing but drainers of the CDEX bank account. That bunch was clueless and all investors realized that. This is why, there was going to be no further funding at CDEX, until Mp was gone, Mr. Brumfield was put in as CEO. With this action taking place, Dr. Poteet was willing to come back to CDEX with Mr. Brumfield at the controls.

All of this is very old facts, but it does clearly help to explain how the lab at CDEX has come together and Mr. Brumfield is leading CDEX out from the certain BK it was headed for.

Mp, nor Firmbach, nor jr could force CDEX into BK, or get themselves a SPECIAL deal above the other 14 note holders. Mr. Brumfield runs a tight ship, he files all SEC and other paper work on time, he gives CDEX shareholders a yearly meeting to come to, he is out front leading, he is out front on anticipating issue's, and he well liked by all who have met him and are the funders of CDEX.

As far as the failures of Mp, ts, jr, and one or two others, that 10 years is well documented. The story to come is the here and now.

One analogy could be like a race car. The car was built, had this and that on it, but it never really could compete against the other race cars. Yes, it would start, yes it could roll, and yes it had a little time on a few tracks.

But the bottom line was after 30 million spent, still no real race car.

This is where it gets really good. Mr. Brumfield comes in, observes the office help, lets go of what is not needed, and tears down the race cars and begins rebuilding them as the protocols called for.

Compare the dollars he has spent these last 3 years as compared to the Mp days.

He is a great CEO and a great manager of money and people. His record will soon come to light, imo.

If some idiot wants to bring up the real estate company he lost, and say he did not manage his money well, then be an idiot and bring it up. The housing C R A S H was not because of Mr. Brumfield, congress's lack of leadership, and the manipulation of institutions to lend to those who had no business of home ownership caused the crash.

The CDEX funders understood the reason for the crash and know full well, that had the real estate market not folded, Mr. Brumfield could have funded CDEX by himself, had he chose to.

He is a special individual, and the CDEX funders know this.
