I think the change since September 26 is more notable - as that 110 million shares WERE all added to the FLOAT (Free trading shares). It was added over a series of days. Given the volume was too low to dump it all at once!

As of October 4, 2013 - Shares Outstanding: 1,494,182,173
Free Trading Shares: 1,428,833,749

As of October 1, 2013 - Shares Outstanding: 1,489,182,173
Free Trading Shares: 1,379,753,616

As of September 26, 2013 - Shares Outstanding: 1,378,428,040
Free Trading Shares: 1,318,079,616
