On 12/12/12 VISN received the kiss of death. 20:1 reverse split. It was 22 cents the day before. The only reason its above a dollar is because of the R/S to keep from being kicked off the NASDAQ.When you gotta reverse split to keep the PPS up. NOT GOOD AT ALL. I hope everyone here makes money though. Good luck
