Thanks Mate for reason and senseability. All of we investors are a bit set back at the judge's decision--yet left with great hope that the Appeals Court will get it correct again. This is the same pattern we endured in the past.

As for the product releases...So many of us have waited a long time, but none longer than Chaya and none have endured the weight of the litigation, product development, and finally production and release as she has. I doubt she is on a beach in Australia watching the sun rise....

Investing in a developmental company is not the same as buying Apple stock after it has been listed on the major exchange. Before S Jobs brought his IMAX to market I do believe he has some set backs and sleepless nights himself.

My suggestion is that we look forward 10 years and not backward 10 years. I'll be 72 then.....but still hope for that nice retirement because of SMME.
