Hahahaha! Nothing on the SEC EDGAR website since 2010 - a humorous hoax though that will provide amusement for the poor suffering SPNG shareholders to get a dash of hope only to be crushed upon the rocks of reality.

Whomever cooked up that phony press release has a sense of humor - even the name - unclenormanmoskowitz - lol. Norman is Steven's daddy, IIRC.
